REQUEST YOUR SPA SERVICE

INCLUDES:

  • Service Technicians diagnose and make repairs as authorized by customer.

  • Test & tighten wire connections at spa pack.

  • Test incoming voltage and equipment amperage draws.

  • Test water chemistry (if applicable).

  • perform preventative check of spa components (if applicable).

  • Make recommendations based on spas condition.

Your Responsibilities Before We Arrive

Please make sure spa techs have access to spa power source and remote disconnect.


Make sure water source is available.

Please verify water source is not turned off inside or frozen if repairs are during the winter months.

Please put your dog AWAY Techs have been bitten several times right after customer ensures " Fido's friendly".

MAKE SURE we have a way to contact you for repair authorization while technicians are on site, if we cant proceed with repairs  and have to come back you will be charged for a service call.
