Darrell (my son-in-law) told me about the assistance you have provided and proudly showed off the newly connected pool pump. Our pool project may be the slowest moving one in recorded history, but we are finding satisfaction in getting it pulled together as we plod along. The assistance and kind words of support from you and your staff have been invaluable. Your position of standing behind the sale of the pool has created a much-deserved feeling of confidence that we will be able to depend on you for all of our pool needs, both now as we continue to get our installation completed, and down the road as we find we need new toys or replacement items. Folks have been very impressed with our choice of pool, as well as with our satisfaction with the sales ‘team’, and perhaps this will eventually lead someone to your showroom. I can assure you that we will do all we can to encourage folks to stop in and see you for their own pool needs. This may require them to vacate our pool once they get settled in, but we will live with that. Just kidding, we will love sharing the pool as long as I can still find a spot in it. There are not too many pool repair places in Rochester; I live in Pittsford and had a pretty major fail on my Viking hot tub that was around 5 years old (originally purchased at a local Viking dealer that I found not only expensive but not too knowledgeable when I needed parts). I called Deep Blue in Batavia to come out and take a look at the problem. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff called ahead before they came out (they had to make a couple trips) and they were reasonably priced. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied (I am pretty fussy). In today's economy I believe there are far too "few" companies that operate in this manner and are focused on customer satisfaction. They've got a repeat customer here and I would recommend them to anyone in need of professional pool/spa repair.

God Bless the Angels at deep blue Batavia. We had problems from the moment we plugged our filter in, and than once that was in order we had a major chlorine demand problem. I have made a 1/2 dozen trips there this week. They were so patient and helpful! No service call was needed, they talked me through everything. Pool is clearing and after a hundred or so lbs of various types of chlorine the demand is also resolving. Thanks!

We went to Deep Blue Pool and were greeted by several employees who were very friendly and helpful. We needed a new pump for our pool, they had one in stock and Ed brought it right out opened it up and easily answered all our questions. Meanwhile I was conversing with some of the employees. They don't rush you and are courteous on the phone and in person. They carry a great deal of chemicals and products. Nice place..Nice people..we will be back.

We bought our spa from Deep Blue Pool and spa and we love our Hot Tub a great bunch of people work here always willing to help and very knowledgeable staff thanks for all you do!!! I recommend anyone that wants a new spa for their house these guys are great their very knowledgeable and there always a available to answer questions and the service dept is fantastic.

The staff at Deep Blue in Henrietta was very very helpful! We bought a Radiant pool from them in the spring and they did an awesome job installing it! It looks awesome and any time we have a question about our water chemistry they always give us the right chemicals to make our pool crystal clear and do not up-sell us! Would recommend to anyone!!!
